The use of this Application is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you input and the results you obtain. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Application, including but not limited to incorrect coordinate transformations or data loss.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the owners of FieldStar be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
